Man With Tools Construction & Handyman Network wants to help you find a job. We realize the construction industry is changing and there is a need for innovative concepts and further development to allow the average person to make a living in the current economical environment–this is what we are doing.

Man With Tools has established relationships with local contractors who are looking for dependable people to help them with their jobs. This creates possible employment opportunities for you. The idea is to create a platform where contractors can meet tradesmen and day laborers so they can work together. There is no guarantee of employment, it depends on your qualifications and what the potential employer needs at any given time. If you are actively looking for work and want to be apart of our network, you will need to be screened. Once you are screened you will be eligible to be hired by a local contractor on a job to job basis. This will establish your credibility and reputation within the network.

Screening

  • The first and most important point is that you need credibility and a verifiable background. Because there are a lot of people looking for work we want you to stand out from the crowd.
  • Once you have completed the background check, Man With Tools will verify your local references for any job prospects that may come through our network. Having your references checked by a third party is priceless! Potential employers want to be able to make one phone call to verify references. We do this for them, so they don’t have to. This adds weight to tip the scales in your favor.
  • You will be placed on file at our Man With Tools office for the people within our network to have access to your contact information.
  • You will receive a copy of the background check and be added to the list of people seeking employment opportunities.
  • You will be able to share the fact that have you have been screened by a third party.
