Licensed Contractor Network Membership Dues & Fees
Man With Tools refers clients to licensed contractors to work on larger projects via our client base or new customer calls. We are a growing network focused on sustaining our local economy. We want to work with you to maintain a living wage in our community. We understand the current bidding war atmosphere has driven down market rates and makes it harder for you to stay in business. Our network has created a different dynamic through established relationship with our customers while utilizing a third party approach. Man With Tools is looking for local, committed contractors to provide, “Quality Service At A Fair Price”, with a no nonsense approach to business.
Processing Fee
We charge a $100.00 Processing Fee which covers the administrative cost to process your application and establishes your good faith commitment to the network.
Network Services Fee
We charge a 10% network services fee that is payable upon completion of the job. The only upfront fee that you will pay is the $100.00 Processing Fee.
